Shipping Policies

Please allow 3-5 business days from the date of purchase for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please note that modifications to your order cannot be made after it has been placed.

Return Policies

At Set Industry, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns. If you encounter an issue with your order, please email service@setindustry.org with detailed information and photos of the problem, along with your order number. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days to address your concern.

Service Policies

Full payment is required before scheduling any services or digital products. All service and digital product purchases are non-refundable. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. No-shows will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled with no refund issued. Services must be booked within 3 months (90 days) from the date of purchase

Digital Products Policy

All digital products purchased from Set Industry are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you experience any issues with accessing or using your digital product, please contact us at service@setindustry.org within 7 days of purchase. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

Chargeback Policy

Chargebacks should be used as a last resort. We are committed to resolving any concerns you may have in a timely manner.
